Christian School is in its 18th year of operation. Our main campus in Ft.
Myers, FL serves Pre-3 through 8th Grade, and our second campus on Sanibel
is a Preschool serving ages 18 months to 4 years old. Summit fuses a
Biblical world view into all curriculum.
The Head of School will lead the team in providing academic excellence and
maintaining positive communication and culture among teachers, staff
members, students, parents, board, church and alumni. The ideal candidate
will have administrative experience with preschool, elementary and middle
school grades in a Reformed School environment. Joining the church family
of Westminster Presbyterian Church will be an expectation of the position.
We are searching for a candidate whose personal relationship with Jesus
Christ overflows into all areas of his or her life and one that has a
passion to ignite that relationship in the students we serve. The ideal
candidate will also have an administrative track record of success in the
following areas: professional development (especially in areas of world
view training), curriculum development oversight, fundraising and grant
writing support, balanced finances, accreditation, public relations and
enrollment enhancement through public relations activities.
Candidate must have a minimum of five years school administrative experience
and hold a minimum of a Master of Education in Educational Administration/ Leadership or related area such as Integrated Curriculum Leadership.
